Job Description

We are seeking an individual to become an integral part of our team! You will oversee financial activities and personnel as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all financial activities and personnel
  • Set controls and budgets to mitigate risk and increase return on investments
  • Standardize and maintain a system of accounting records and techniques
  • Conduct internal audits to assess financial status
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Analyze financial transactions and ensures that they are appropriately recorded
  • Reconcile and analyze monthly balance sheet accounts, and ensure timely resolution of reconciling items
  • Monitor weekly and monthly lease, contract maintenance, and special billing, resolve any issues in a timely fashion. Establish and Control all related processes
  •  Generate reports and metrics
  •  Monitor Fleet Service activities such as licensing, permitting, in/out service vehicles, research and process citations through Best Pass.
  •  Process License Renewals, HVUT, Rental Tax and Personal Property Taxes
  •  Lead team of clerical Associates by attracting/retaining/developing quality employees, developing means and methods of work, monitoring activities, counseling and guiding, responsible for performance management, training, and development
  •  Other projects as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications:

·       Over 5 years of general Office Administration is required

·       Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting activities, such as billing, receivables, & inventories is required

·       1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred

·       High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred

·       Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required

·       Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

·       Strong leadership qualities
